註冊費用 (Schedule of fees - 30 weeks total):

1.  報名費: 每位學生三十五元。舊生於五月十六日當日或之前完成註冊手續者，免繳報名費。

                  Registration Fee:  $35 per student

                  (waived for current student pre-registered on or before 05/16/10)

2.  學費: 每位學生三百五十元。同一家庭第三位以上學生收二百五十元(領養者須有證明文件)。學分班每位學生學費 $560。學分班每位學生開學後，要另繳書本費 (大約五十元左右) 。

Tuition: $350 per student, $250 for the third child or more in the same family. (Legal documents required for adopted children).  Credit Class: tuition fee $560 per student. Credit Class student will need to pay materials and books after school starts (up to $50 per student).

3.  雜費 (學生商店，影印費，各班雜費等項): 每位學生四十元。

Miscellaneous Fees (coupon store, printing, class materials...etc): $40 per student.   

4. 代勞費: 每個家庭均需幫助家長會提供服務，因故無法參與者，每家酌收六十元代勞費。           

                  Service Fee: $60 per family.  Refundable after qualified volunteer activity for school.

5.  超市禮卷: 每位學生需購買超市禮券八百元。註冊時，每位學生需先預繳訂金五十元，訂金在全額八百元購買完畢當場扣還，請參閱家長會超市禮券購買辦法。禮券出售利潤全部用於贊助校內活動,  請家長多多支持。

Scrip purchasing deposit:  $50 deposit per student. The deposit is fully refundable after purchase of scrip ($800 per student) during school year.  Scrip sale profit is used to fund school activities.  Please support our only fund raising activity of the year. 

 

付費方式 (Payment): 支票抬頭請寫SDCA。支票上註明學生姓名。

           Please make check payable to SDCA and write the student's name on your check.

 

退費辦法(Refund Policy) :

               八月二十日前退全額。八月二十一日起至第一週扣五十元手續費，第二至第五週每週加扣二十元，第六週起恕不退費。請家長務必向註冊組長登記並索取退學申請單，退費將於第六週發還。

Fully refund before August 20, 2010. $50 processing fee deducted after August 21 through the first week of school, $20 deducted for each additional week. No refund after the 6^th week starts.  Written request is required for all refund. Please contact Registrar for details.  Refund will be issued after the sixth week.

 

學分班﹕Credit Classes   學費及活動費: 每位學生五百六十元，其餘費用與上述均同。 Tuition & activity fee: $560 per student. All other fees are the same as above. 上課時間: 星期日下午1:30-5:30 p.m. 共30週。另加40小時課外教學，全年共上課160小時。 School Hours:  Sunday 1:30 - 5:30 p.m. (30 weeks) with 40 hours of outside classroom activities for a total of 160 Hours per academic year.

學前班﹕Preschool Classes   學費﹕每位學生三百五十元，其餘費用與上述均同。 Tuition:  $350 per student.  All other fees are the sames as above.                                                                        年齡: 四歲以上，請帶出生證明。 Age: must be 4 years and over before 12/31/10. Please bring birth certificate. NO EXCEPTION. 上課時間﹕星期日下午1:30-4:00 p.m.共30週。 School Hours:  Sunday 1:30 - 4:00 p.m. (30 weeks)
